INCIT is proud to announce that\u00a0BrookTech\u00a0will serve as the official training\u00a0centre\u00a0for both the OPERI and SIRI\u00a0programmes\u00a0across the UK and Ireland.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

BrookTech\u00a0will deliver professional training\u00a0programmes, assessor certification, and enterprise assessment support aligned with INCIT\u2019s globally\u00a0recognised\u00a0frameworks. INCIT will provide advanced methodologies, digital platforms, professional materials, and ongoing technical support to ensure consistent and high-quality implementation. This approach mirrors INCIT\u2019s broader model of enabling regional training\u00a0centres\u00a0to deliver structured transformation\u00a0programmes\u00a0with global standards.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Operational excellence\u00a0remains\u00a0a priority for many manufacturers, yet translating ambition into structured, measurable progress continues to be a key challenge. The OPERI\u00a0programme\u00a0addresses this by offering a clear framework to assess current operational maturity, define performance benchmarks, and develop practical, structured improvement roadmaps.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
