The International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT) is excited to announce that the Operational Excellence Readiness Index (OPERI) is now available in Arabic (العربية), further expanding access to entrepreneurs and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) across the Middle East, North Africa, and other Arabic-speaking regions.
