INCIT is proud to announce the launch of the Operational Excellence Readiness Index (OPERI) \u201cFast Track\u201d Online Training Course<\/strong> \u2014 a self-paced certification programme exclusively for Certified SIRI and COSIRI Assessors.<\/p>\n Developed as part of INCIT\u2019s commitment to driving transformation in the global manufacturing sector, OPERI is a prioritisation index designed to help Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Small Businesses<\/strong> improve productivity, embrace digital tools, and achieve sustainable growth.<\/p>\n The Fast Track course empowers assessors to expand their capabilities and become a Certified OPERI Assessor (COA)<\/strong> \u2014 deepening their impact across operational excellence, digitalisation, and industry transformation.<\/p>\n Explain<\/strong> the rationale behind OPERI and its role in business transformation<\/p>\n Interpret<\/strong> assessment results with confidence and clarity<\/p>\n Guide<\/strong> MSMEs and Small Business owners in developing practical, data-driven transformation roadmaps<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Enhance Your Value<\/strong> Increased Earning Potential<\/strong> Professional Development<\/strong> Expand Your Network<\/strong> Contribute to MSME Growth<\/strong> Certified OPERI Assessors will be recommended to MSME and Small Business clients undergoing OPERI self-assessments. Assessors may offer support sessions online or in-person, based on the client\u2019s request and aligned through INCIT\u2019s Star Emblem system \u2014 which helps match businesses with assessors based on country, industry, and expertise.<\/p>\n After the self-assessment is completed, the platform automatically generates a detailed report and transformation roadmap. The relationship between assessor and client \u2014 including any follow-up services or pricing \u2014 is managed independently by both parties. INCIT remains neutral after initial matchmaking and does not set or enforce service pricing. Eligible Certified Assessors can enrol in the course for EUR 400.
