Onboarding Process
1
Fulfil the pre-requisite
Ensure that your company meets the requirement of having a minimum of two trainers.

Acquire Certification
Successfully complete the AIMRI Programme to achieve certification as a Certified AIMRI Assessor.

Conduct assessments
Complete a combined total of at least five Official AIMRI Assessments.
4
Train-The-Trainer (TTT)
You will receive training on how to accurately conduct and deliver the AIMRI Programme as an official trainer.
4.1
Official establishment
Your company will be formally acknowledged as an approved training and certification provider for AIMRI.
5
Technical certification
INCIT will conduct an interview process to evaluate your knowledge and background.
5.1
Pass the Interview
Upon successful completion of the technical certification, you will be eligible to participate in the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programme.
