Nepal
Axit Raj Poudyal is an Industrial Engineer with over 14 years of experience across academia, the private sector, and public institutions in Nepal and the United States. He is a navigator for industrial transformation in Industry 4.0 and 5.0, an APMG (CP³P) Certified PPP Professional, and a specialist in project development and management, with expertise in climate-resilient investment, industrial decarbonization, and sustainable infrastructure finance. He has a proven track record in designing bankable green investment pipelines, structuring public–private partnerships, and contributing to large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects for national investment pipelines and policy frameworks. Axit has worked closely with governments, DFIs, donors, and private sector partners—including the World Bank, ADB, FCDO, GIZ, and the European Union—to translate complex technical and policy priorities into investment-ready business cases. His competencies span project management, PPPs, RBM, TQM, Industry 4.0/5.0, supply chains, manufacturing systems, project finance, and value-for-money analysis. A development enthusiast, thinker, and believer, he is committed to inclusive and sustainable industrial transformation.
Saudi Arabia
Ayman Aljohani is the Founder and CEO of IIoT Solutions, a Saudi-based company dedicated to supporting small and medium manufacturers in their digital transformation journeys. With over a decade of experience in automation, SCADA systems, and industrial networking, Ayman has become a leading figure in the advancement of Industry 4.0 technologies in the region. He previously worked with global firms like Honeywell and Schlumberger, gaining hands-on experience in system integration and large-scale industrial projects. Through IIoT Solutions, Ayman has led more than 400 SIRI assessments across the GCC and helped manufacturers implement tailored digital strategies. He also co-founded Tamken 4.0, a national platform aimed at empowering SMEs with data-driven business cases and government-backed funding solutions. Ayman holds a degree in mechanical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) and is committed to building a competitive, tech-enabled industrial sector in Saudi Arabia.
Tunisa
Ayoub Magherbi is a Senior Industry 4.0 Consultant and the first certified SIRI instructor in Africa (certified 02 December 2022). He holds a Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering and SIRI and COSIRI certifications, bringing over eight years of expertise in driving digital transformation across manufacturing. Ayoub has spearheaded numerous high-impact projects, including the rollout of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for live production tracking and advanced Quality Audit solutions. He also implemented Energy Management Systems (EMS) for real-time energy monitoring. A recognized thought leader, Ayoub has trained and mentored more than 200 engineers and operations managers in smart-factory best practices in tunisia and ivory-coast. As SIRI Ambassador, he is committed to building a pan-African network of industry stakeholders, standardizing methodologies, and accelerating the adoption of sustainable, data-driven manufacturing. His vision is to empower enterprises across Africa with the skills and technology needed for operational excellence and environmental stewardship.
Malaysia
Dr. Chua Wen-Shyan is Head of Malaysian Smart Factory 4.0 at the Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC). He specialises in Control and Automation Systems, Fault Detection and Identification (FDI), and Predictive Maintenance Strategies, all integral to Industry 4.0. In his role, he leads high-impact technology and talent development programmes, nurturing a workforce ready to support the growth of Industry 4.0. Dr. Chua is also a Certified Consumer Sustainability Readiness Index (COSIRI) Assessor and Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) Assessor, helping companies achieve sustainable smart factories. His team’s initiatives guide industries and communities through sustainable digital transformation with a people-focused approach, covering projects in Digital Factory, Digital Twin, Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI), and Digital Process Optimisation.
Brazil
Dr. Gabriel works at the National Department of SENAI (Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial), within the Innovation and Technology Superintendence, where he develops strategies and government-related programmes to advance the digital transformation of Brazilian manufacturers. His work spans monitoring technological trends, coordinating institutional partnerships, and applying data analytics to support industry competitiveness. He holds a PhD and a Master’s degree from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA) in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering, with specialization in Materials, Manufacturing Processes, and Automation, and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Caxias do Sul (UCS). His academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to innovation, data-driven decision-making, and industry-led solutions.
Greece
Dr. Nikos is a Production and Management Engineer and has a PhD in Robotic Vision Systems. Since 2014 he has been working on the adoption of Industry4.0 and how these technologies can be applied in the factories seamlessly and effectively, participating in more than 70 EU funded projects. He has collaborated with more than 150 top organisations and manufacturers succeeding more than €80 Million of funding for innovative Industry4.0 solutions. His vision is to make innovation easy for individuals and organisations by providing access to infrastructure, funding, data, network, experts, and live demonstrations so that they meet their true potentials. In 2016 Nikos co-founded CORE Innovation aiming at providing this opportunity to people and in 2020 co-founded CORE Innovation Center having succeeded more than €20M of funding. Now, he is working to build the Greek Smart Factory, a trusted platform to test and demo new technologies by joining with Academia, Tech providers, and industry. Nikos is also a Certified SIRI assessor supporting the industry focus and identify their starting point of their transformation journey.

Enrico served as President & CEO of Siemens Philippines and Country Head of Digital Industries, leading national efforts to advance Industry 4.0 adoption, workforce readiness, and sustainability. Gustavo Marteletti is a seasoned Industry 4.0 transformation architect with over 23 years of experience in tech-enabled operations. As a McKinsey Expert Associate Partner and manufacturing expert, he has led initiatives across more than 140 sites globally, including 8 years at McKinsey and 15 years in industry leadership roles. He holds an MBA and a degree in Electronic Engineering.
Gustavo is recognised as a key Operations expert in Latin America and serves as a go-to authority for the World Economic Forum’s Industry 4.0 assessments, including the Lighthouse and Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) programmes. He works closely with both large global corporations and SMEs, supporting them from diagnostics and strategic planning through to implementation. His expertise spans supply chain optimisation, advanced manufacturing enhancement, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies. His deep understanding of the regional landscape enables him to drive meaningful digital advancement and measurable impact across the manufacturing ecosystem.

Ir. Fadli Hamsani is a seasoned B2B enterprise leader with 15+ years of experience driving digital transformation across telecommunications, manufacturing, mining, and industrial sectors. As General Manager Enterprise Customer Solution Management at Telkomsel, he leads cross-functional teams in delivering Industrial IoT, Smart Manufacturing, AI, and cloud-based solutions that accelerate operational efficiency and business growth. In 2019, from previous company Fadli Lead Smart factory program and bring his company become one of Advance Manufacturing Global Lighthouse recognition by World Economic Forum (WEF) from Indonesia. He also serves as the Chairman of WANTRII, Indonesia’s national council for Industrial Digital Transformation, where he collaborates with ministries, regulators, and industrial leaders to advance the Making Indonesia 4.0 roadmap. Recognized for strong ecosystem building and strategic GTM leadership, he actively contributes as a keynote speaker and advisor in national and regional forums on Industry 4.0 and digital innovation.

James is a Chartered Engineer and senior Operations and Digital Transformation leader who turns Industry 4.0 ambition into measurable results. As Head of Advanced Manufacturing and Operations at LMAC, he partners with boards, executives, and frontline teams across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK to lift productivity, resilience, and competitiveness through practical, scalable digital adoption. James has helped shape national and international initiatives, from New Zealand’s Industry 4.0 Demonstration Network to smart-manufacturing programmes in Northern Ireland with the UK Catapult ecosystem. He leads Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) assessments and builds transformation roadmaps for SMEs through to complex multi-site operations, aligning people, process, and technology around outcome-driven strategies. As an INCIT Regional Ambassador, he focuses on strengthening regional ecosystems, growing assessor capability, and connecting manufacturers with the INCIT portfolio including SIRI, OPERI, COSIRI, AIMRI so organisations can move confidently from insight to execution. John Robinson is a globally respected Industry 4.0 thought leader. His unique insights and disruptive thinking are the result of a thirty-year career that has included senior roles at Kearney, SAP, EY, Atos and Schneider Electric as well as over decade in manufacturing. He has worked with many of the world’s largest manufacturing brands across all industry sectors and his skill set includes strategy, IT, OT, Operational Excellence and Industry 4.0.
Kah-Ming Chai is a Registered Management Consultant and certified SIRI & COSIRI assessor with over 22 years of experience in digital transformation and automation technologies. He specializes in advising industrial organizations across ASEAN, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East on digital strategy implementation and operational excellence. As a certified assessor by INCIT, Kah-Ming has completed more than 30 SIRI assessments across diverse industrial sectors including petrochemicals, automotive, food & beverages, building materials, and power utilities. His assessment work has identified value creation potential estimated at USD 300 million across client organizations. With over 15 years of expertise in smart manufacturing, Arthur Li specializes in planning and upgrading Industry 4.0 smart factories and driving digital transformation through talent development and capability building for manufacturing enterprises. As a leading industrial planning expert, Arthur Li has led the design of three greenfield 'Fourth Industrial Revolution Lighthouse Factories' certified by the World Economic Forum and provided strategic consulting to over 20 lighthouse factories globally. In digital transformation capability building, Arthur Li has spearheaded the development of training programs that have empowered over 10,000 professionals across the industry.

Mouni Mohamed Taher is a Moroccan industrial engineer and an advocate for Industry 4.0 transformation across Africa and beyond. With a background as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has held key leadership roles in Performance and Industry 4.0 initiatives across sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. As the founder of Beyond 4.0, Mouni focuses on deploying IIOT for real time monitoring, particularly among SMEs. He is also a Certified SIRI Assessor, leveraging the Smart Industry Readiness Index framework to evaluate and guide companies on their digital maturity journeys. Mouni is a founding expert of the Alliance for Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing in Africa (AISMA), an initiative supported by UNIDO. Vikram brings 25+ years of experience in the manufacturing space spanning operations, industrial engineering, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.
