Uluslararas\u0131 End\u00fcstriyel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Merkezi (INCIT), s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ve yetenek geli\u015ftirmeyi ele alarak \u00fcretimi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme taahh\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc daha da ileriye ta\u015f\u0131mak amac\u0131yla 1 Nisan 2023'ten itibaren Selangor \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Geli\u015ftirme Merkezi (SHRDC) ile i\u015f birli\u011fi ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kuracak.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

INCIT'te, k\u00fcresel \u00fcretim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ilerlemesine, geli\u015fmesine ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in end\u00fcstriyel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Bunu ba\u015farmak i\u00e7in Ak\u0131ll\u0131 End\u00fcstri Haz\u0131rl\u0131k Endeksimizi (SIR<\/a>) ve T\u00fcketici S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi End\u00fcstri Haz\u0131rl\u0131k Endeksi (KOZ\u0130R\u0130<\/a>) Dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ilerlemesini de\u011ferlendirmek ve k\u00fcresel end\u00fcstrilerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ne kadar iyi durumda oldu\u011funu ve s\u0131ras\u0131yla \u00e7evresel, sosyal ve y\u00f6neti\u015fim (ESG) uygulamalar\u0131 konusunda ne kadar \u015feffaf olduklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7mek.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SHRDC, \u00f6zellikle end\u00fcstri b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini desteklemek i\u00e7in yetenek geli\u015ftirmeye ve i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in e\u011fitim sa\u011flamaya adanm\u0131\u015f bir merkezdir. Kurulu\u015fun 1992'deki kurulu\u015fundan bu yana, end\u00fcstrinin g\u00fcncel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere tasarlanm\u0131\u015f beceri geli\u015ftirme ve yeniden beceri kazand\u0131rma programlar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00e7e\u015fitli alanlarda 100.000'den fazla ki\u015fiye e\u011fitim vermi\u015ftir.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bu i\u015fbirli\u011fi sayesinde INCIT ve SHRDC, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7okuluslu \u015firketlere tedarik\u00e7i olarak hizmet veren k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli i\u015fletmeler (KOB\u0130'ler) i\u00e7in ESG giri\u015fimlerini de\u011ferlendirmek \u00fczere tarafs\u0131z bir platform olu\u015fturacakt\u0131r. ESG giderek daha \u00f6nemli hale geldik\u00e7e, yenilik\u00e7i ara\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z ve \u00f6nceliklendirme endekslerimiz (Man\u00fcVat<\/a>, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 End\u00fcstri Haz\u0131rl\u0131k Endeksi ve COSIRI) KOB\u0130'lere dijital ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerini daha iyi anlamalar\u0131 ve etkinle\u015ftirmeleri i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 rehberli\u011fi sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bu arada SHRDC, \u00f6zellikle INCIT'in ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve \u00f6nceliklendirme endeksleri i\u00e7in de\u011ferlendirme ve e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda ESG alan\u0131nda lider bir oyuncu olmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Birlikte, \u00e7abalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n herkes i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve sorumlu bir gelecek yaratmada \u00f6nemli bir etki yarataca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
