\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\u518d\u600e\u9ebc\u5f37\u8abf\u4e5f\u4e0d\u70ba\u904e\u3002\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5df2\u7d93\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u4e86\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u65b7\u5411\u4f01\u696d\u65bd\u52a0\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4ed6\u5011\u8868\u660e\u7acb\u5834\uff0c\u5c07 ESG \u8207\u696d\u52d9\u548c\u71df\u904b\u76ee\u6a19\u7d50\u5408\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u4f01\u696d\u5df2\u7d93\u97ff\u61c9\u4e86\u9019\u9805\u865f\u53ec\uff0c\u4e26\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u4ee5 ESG \u70ba\u91cd\u9ede\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u6295\u8cc7\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/gx\/en\/news-room\/press-releases\/2022\/awm-revolution-2022-report.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u9810\u8a08\u589e\u52a0 84%<\/a> \u5230 2026 \u5e74\uff0c\u5176\u898f\u6a21\u5c07\u9054\u5230 33.9 \u5146\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u9ad8\u65bc 2021 \u5e74\u7684 18.4 \u5146\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u88fd\u9020\u696d\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u8a8d\u8b58\u5230ESG\u56e0\u7d20\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u9577\u671f\u6c38\u7e8c\u6210\u9577\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u95dc\u9375\u6210\u9577\u9a45\u52d5\u529b\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\uff0c\u4f46\u8a31\u591a\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\u4ecd\u505a\u5f97\u4e0d\u5920\u3002\u5b89\u6c38\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u8abf\u67e5\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5728500\u4f4d\u5168\u7403\u8ca1\u52d9\u9577\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709721\u4f4d\u8ca1\u52d9\u9577\u9700\u8981\u6539\u9032\u5176\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u800c\u50c5\u6709401\u4f4d\u8ca1\u52d9\u9577\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u65b9\u6cd5\u8db3\u5920\u9748\u6d3b\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u9069\u61c9\u4e0d\u65b7\u8b8a\u5316\u7684\u71df\u904b\u548c\u793e\u6703\u653f\u6cbb\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5fc5\u9808\u5be6\u73fe\u5c0d ESG \u8a08\u5283\u7684\u6709\u6548\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u5f37\u5176\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u793e\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba\u5176\u5229\u5bb3\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba\u5275\u9020\u9577\u671f\u50f9\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u7b56\u7565\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u5c0d\u4fc3\u9032 ESG \u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027<\/h2>\n<p>\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u5728\u63a8\u9032\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u4f01\u696dESG\u76ee\u6a19\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u900f\u904e\u70baESG\u8a08\u756b\u64a5\u6b3e\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u6295\u8cc7\u6c38\u7e8c\u6280\u8853\u548c\u5de5\u85dd\uff0c\u5be6\u65bd\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5f37\u6cbb\u7406\u548c\u9053\u5fb7\u5546\u696d\u5be6\u8e10\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u4f7f\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u80fd\u5920\u964d\u4f4e\u74b0\u5883\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u793e\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5f37\u516c\u53f8\u6cbb\u7406\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u6c38\u7e8c\u6210\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u500b <a href=\"https:\/\/deloitte.wsj.com\/sustainable-business\/how-companies-can-integrate-esg-in-capital-allocationand-why-it-matters-a546a6c1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5fb7\u52e4\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u8abf\u67e5<\/a> \u8abf\u67e5\u986f\u793a\uff0cESG \u662f\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u7b56\u7565\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u5982\u4e0b\u2014\u2014\u56db\u6210\u53d7\u8a2a\u8005\u8868\u793a\uff0cESG \u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5275\u9020\u50f9\u503c\u548c\u7372\u5f97\u7af6\u722d\u512a\u52e2\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u800c 65% \u53d7\u8a2a\u8005\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u9810\u8a08 ESG \u8209\u63aa\u5c07\u63d0\u5347\u5176\u4f01\u696d\u50f9\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5c07\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u7528\u65bcESG\u8209\u63aa\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u8207\u5168\u7403\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u63a5\u8ecc\uff0c\u6e1b\u8f15\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u5347\u5176\u4f5c\u70ba\u8ca0\u8cac\u4efb\u4f01\u696d\u516c\u6c11\u7684\u8072\u8b7d\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u5438\u5f15\u5177\u6709\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u793e\u6703\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\uff0c\u7372\u5f97\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u4e26\u589e\u5f37\u5176\u5728\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u512a\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u5c0d\u9577\u671f\u6c38\u7e8c\u6027\u548c\u6210\u9577\u7684\u5f71\u97ff<\/h2>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u9577\u671f\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u6210\u9577\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u8457\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5728\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u4e2d\u512a\u5148\u8003\u616eESG\u7684\u88fd\u9020\u4f01\u696d\u5c07\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u5730\u7ba1\u7406\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u5229\u5bb3\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba\u5275\u9020\u9577\u671f\u50f9\u503c\u3002\u5fb7\u52e4\u5546\u696d\u5efa\u6a21\u8207\u5206\u6790\u5408\u5925\u4ebaMatthew Lock\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u6bcf\u500bESG\u6a5f\u6703\u90fd\u860a\u542b\u8457\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u50f9\u503c\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u900f\u904e\u5411 ESG \u8a08\u5283\u5206\u914d\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u5275\u65b0\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u71df\u904b\u6548\u7387\u4e26\u5728\u7d44\u7e54\u5167\u57f9\u990a\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u6587\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u88fd\u5b9a\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u7b56\u7565\u6642\u61c9\u8a72\u8003\u616e\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u88fd\u9020\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u70ba ESG \u8a08\u5283\u5206\u914d\u8cc7\u91d1\u6642\u6709\u591a\u7a2e\u9078\u64c7\u548c\u7b56\u7565\u53ef\u4f9b\u8003\u616e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u6295\u8cc7\u6c38\u7e8c\u6280\u8853\u548c\u6d41\u7a0b<\/h3>\n<p>\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u6295\u5165\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u63a1\u7528\u6c38\u7e8c\u6280\u8853\u548c\u5de5\u85dd\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7cfb\u7d71\u3001\u7bc0\u80fd\u6a5f\u68b0\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6d6a\u8cbb\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u900f\u904e\u6295\u8cc7\u9019\u4e9b\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5176 <a href=\"https:\/\/incit.org\/en\/thought-leadership\/how-to-establish-a-carbon-neutral-workplace\/\">\u74b0\u5883\u8db3\u8de1<\/a>\u964d\u4f4e\u71df\u904b\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u6574\u9ad4\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7e3e\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5be6\u65bd\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u8a08\u5283<\/h3>\n<p>\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u95dc\u9375\u7b56\u7565\u662f\u5c07\u8cc7\u91d1\u5206\u914d\u7d66\u60e0\u53ca\u7576\u5730\u793e\u5340\u3001\u54e1\u5de5\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5229\u5bb3\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u8a08\u756b\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u62ec\u54e1\u5de5\u798f\u5229\u8a08\u5283\u3001\u793e\u5340\u767c\u5c55\u9805\u76ee\u4ee5\u53ca\u591a\u5143\u5316\u3001\u516c\u5e73\u548c\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\uff08DEI\uff09\u7b49\u8209\u63aa\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8209\u63aa\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u793e\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u4e26\u57f9\u990a\u5584\u610f\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u52a0\u5f37\u6cbb\u7406\u548c\u9053\u5fb7\u5546\u696d\u5be6\u8e10<\/h3>\n<p>\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u914d\u8cc7\u91d1\u7528\u65bc\u52a0\u5f37\u6cbb\u7406\u548c\u9053\u5fb7\u5546\u696d\u5be6\u8e10\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5be6\u65bd\u5f37\u6709\u529b\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406\u6846\u67b6\uff0c \u8a08\u5283\u5206\u914d\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u4f46\u61c9\u907f\u514d\u67d0\u4e9b\u7b56\u7565\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u6b64\u985e\u5206\u914d\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u4e0d\u8981\u53ea\u5f9e\u9ce5\u77b0\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u770b\u4e8b\u7269<\/h3>\n<p>\u8207\u4efb\u4f55\u7d44\u7e54\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u78ba\u4fdd\u4ed6\u5011\u64c1\u6709 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/strategy-and-corporate-finance\/our-insights\/capital-allocation-starts-with-governance-and-should-be-led-by-the-ceo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7d9c\u5408\u8996\u5716<\/a> \u5176\u71df\u904b\u6d41\u7a0b\u548c ESG \u8a08\u5283\u7684\u5354\u8abf\u6027\u3002\u64c1\u6709\u5b8f\u89c0\u7684\u8996\u91ce\u56fa\u7136\u6709\u76ca\uff0c\u4f46\u6df1\u5165\u6316\u6398\u7d30\u7bc0\u624d\u80fd\u70ba\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\u63cf\u7e6a\u51fa\u66f4\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u85cd\u5716\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u5011\u4e86\u89e3\u8cc7\u91d1\u7684\u6d41\u5411\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8cc7\u91d1\u662f\u5426\u8207\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u512a\u5148\u4e8b\u9805\u76f8\u7b26\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u907f\u514d\u5728\u5206\u914d\u8cc7\u672c\u6642\u505a\u51fa\u6709\u504f\u898b\u7684\u6c7a\u7b56<\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u6709\u504f\u5dee\u6642\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u683c\u5916\u8b39\u614e\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u56e0\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u8d85\u904e\u516d\u6210\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u4e3b\u7ba1\u5c0d\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u5be6\u73fe\u6700\u4f73\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u7f3a\u4e4f\u4fe1\u5fc3\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7d44\u7e54\u6c7a\u7b56\u8005\u61c9\u907f\u514d\u201c\u7fa4\u9ad4\u601d\u7dad\u201d\uff0c\u4e26\u9075\u5b88 rel=\"noopener\">\u8207\u5229\u5bb3\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba\u548c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u63a5\u89f8<\/a> \u5354\u8abf\u4e26\u6982\u8ff0ESG\u76ee\u6a19\u548c\u512a\u5148\u4e8b\u9805\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5fb5\u6c42\u95dc\u9375\u5229\u5bb3\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba\u7684\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u5176\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u6c7a\u7b56\u7b26\u5408\u5229\u5bb3\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba\u7684\u671f\u671b\u548c\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63d0\u5347\u5176ESG\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5c07 \u8003\u616e\u7d0d\u5165\u7b56\u7565\u898f\u5283\u3001\u9810\u7b97\u7de8\u5236\u548c\u7e3e\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u4e26\u5236\u5b9a\u7d50\u69cb\u5316\u7684\u8def\u7dda\u5716\u3002\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u66f4\u63a5\u8fd1\u5be6\u73fe ESG \u76ee\u6a19\u5c24\u5176\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u624d\u80fd\u512a\u5148\u8003\u616e\u9019\u4e9b\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e\u8cc7\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u6548\u652f\u63f4\u3002\u6b63\u5982
