(NAM) \u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u9019\u5df2\u6210\u70ba <a href=\"https:\/\/nam.org\/2017-4th-quarter-manufacturers-outlook-survey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u91cd\u9ede<\/a> \u81ea2017\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u554f\u984c\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u6027\u5df2\u7d93\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u5fb7\u52e4\u7684\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u60c5\u6cc1\u5c07\u6703\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u7cdf\u3002\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u9810\u6e2c\uff0c2024\u5e74\u81f32033\u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u7d04380\u842c\u540d\u65b0\u9032\u54e1\u5de5\u3002\u4ee4\u4eba\u64d4\u6182\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9810\u6e2c\u986f\u793a \u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u7a7a\u7f3a\u8077\u4f4d\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5b58\u5728\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u6280\u80fd\u77ed\u7f3a\u548c\u5438\u5f15\u4eba\u624d\u7684\u8feb\u5207\u611f\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u5f37\uff0c\u4f46\u667a\u6167\u88fd\u9020\u53ef\u4ee5\u6210\u70ba\u5f4c\u5408\u6280\u80fd\u5dee\u8ddd\u7684\u8b8a\u9769\u4e4b\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u667a\u6167\u88fd\u9020\uff1f\u5b83\u80fd\u7de9\u89e3\u4eba\u624d\u77ed\u7f3a\u55ce\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u667a\u6167\u88fd\u9020\u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9\u662f\u5229\u7528\u5148\u9032\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 <a title=\"\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u5982\u4f55\u6539\u8b8a\u88fd\u9020\u696d\uff1f\" href=\"https:\/\/incit.org\/zh_tw\/thought-leadership\/how-ai-is-transforming-manufacturing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\uff08AI\uff09<\/a>\u3001\u6a5f\u5668\u5b78\u7fd2 (ML)\u3001\u7269\u806f\u7db2 (IoT) \u548c\u6a5f\u5668\u4eba\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u88fd\u9020\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u6548\u7387\u3001\u751f\u7522\u529b\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u548c <a title=\"\u751f\u6210\u5f0f\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\uff08GenAI\uff09\" href=\"https:\/\/incit.org\/zh_tw\/thought-leadership\/the-impact-of-the-industrial-metaverse-and-generative-ai-on-smart-manufacturing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u751f\u6210\u5f0f\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\uff08GenAI\uff09<\/a>\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u6d41\u7a0b\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u6a5f\u5668\u4eba\u548c\u9810\u6e2c\u5206\u6790\u5c07\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u63a8\u5411\u65b0\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\uff0c\u985e\u4f3c\u65bc\u5f88\u4e45\u4ee5\u524d\u7684\u79d1\u5e7b\u96fb\u5f71\u4e2d\u7684\u9810\u6e2c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96fb\u5f71\u300a\u5927\u90fd\u6703\u300b\u96d6\u7136\u4e0a\u6620\u65bc1927\u5e74\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u90e8\u7121\u8072\u96fb\u5f71\u537b\u6975\u5177\u9060\u898b\uff0c\u5c55\u73fe\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u672a\u4f86\u4e16\u754c\uff0c\u5728\u90a3\u88e1\uff0c\u52de\u52d5\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u975e\u4eba\u5316\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u8fd1100\u5e74\u5f8c\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u6b63\u5728\u6a21\u4eff\u85dd\u8853\u3002\u667a\u6167\u88fd\u9020\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\uff0c\u6a5f\u5668\u4eba\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e86\u4eba\u985e\uff0c\u5de5\u5ee0\u5e7e\u4e4e\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u81ea\u4e3b\u904b\u4f5c\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u5275\u65b0\u8db3\u4ee5\u7de9\u89e3\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u6578\u91cf\u6709\u9650\u4e14\u8001\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u55ce\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u652f\u63f4\u667a\u6167\u88fd\u9020\u7684\u71b1\u9580\u6280\u80fd<\/h3>\n<p>\u667a\u6167\u88fd\u9020\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6280\u80fd\u548c\u5b78\u7fd2\u5728\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u3001\u7269\u806f\u7db2\u548c\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u9818\u57df\u5177\u6709\u5c08\u696d\u6027\u548c\u6280\u8853\u6027\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5fb7\u52e4\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u5354\u6703 (MI) \u7684\u5206\u6790\uff0c <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/us\/en\/pages\/about-deloitte\/articles\/press-releases\/us-manufacturing-could-need-new-employees-by-2033.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u9700\u6c42\u6fc0\u589e75%<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/us\/en\/pages\/about-deloitte\/articles\/press-releases\/us-manufacturing-could-need-new-employees-by-2033.html\" target=\"_blank\" (EY) \u7684\u4e00\u9805\u8abf\u67e5\u767c\u73fe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ey.com\/en_us\/the-manufacturing-institute-adaptive-skills-study\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">82% \u7684\u53d7\u8a2a\u8005<\/a> \u8868\u793a\u4ed6\u5011\u6b63\u5728\u5c0b\u627e\u65b0\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f86\u6295\u8cc7\u54e1\u5de5\u7684\u8077\u696d\u751f\u6daf\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba 65% \u7684\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u884c\u696d\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6280\u80fd\u5feb\u901f\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5f88\u96e3\u586b\u88dc\u8077\u7f3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5982\u4f55\u7e2e\u5c0f\u6280\u80fd\u5dee\u8ddd\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5fc5\u9808\u5236\u5b9a\u9577\u671f\u4eba\u624d\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u512a\u5148\u63d0\u5347\u73fe\u6709\u54e1\u5de5\u7684\u6280\u80fd\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u518d\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u65b0\u8208\u6280\u8853\u7684\u63a1\u7528\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u61c9\u63a1\u7528\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbesbooksauthors\/2024\/01\/29\/skills-based-strategies-and-agile-work-in-todays-business-paradigms\/\" target=\"_blank\" \u300a\u5bcc\u6bd4\u58eb\u300b\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u9748\u6d3b\u7684\u3001\u57fa\u65bc\u6280\u80fd\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0d\u6703\u5c07\u54e1\u5de5\u5c40\u9650\u65bc\u55ae\u4e00\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u70ba\u54e1\u5de5\u5728\u7d44\u7e54\u5167\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u3001\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u6210\u9577\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u7684\u62db\u8058\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5f9e\u5b78\u6821\u3001\u8077\u696d\u5b78\u6821\u548c\u5be6\u7fd2\u8077\u4f4d\u62db\u8058\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u767c\u6398\u5c1a\u672a\u958b\u767c\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u5438\u5f15\u548c\u7559\u4f4f\u9019\u4e9b\u4eba\u624d\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u61c9\u8a72\u5275\u9020\u4e00\u500b\u5305\u5bb9\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u4e26\u652f\u6301\u7522\u696d\u4e2d\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u7fa4\u9ad4\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u5973\u6027\uff09\u7684\u6210\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u8abf\u67e5\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ea\u6709 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninmanufacturing.org\/news\/gender-gap-women-fill-only-33-of-manufacturing-industry-jobs-26-of-industry-leadership-positions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">27% \u7684\u5973\u6027<\/a> \u8a72\u884c\u696d\u7684\u5973\u6027\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5979\u5011\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u7684\u6649\u6607\u6a5f\u6703\u611f\u5230\u6a02\u89c0\u6216\u201c\u5f37\u70c8\u201d\uff0c\u800c\u7537\u6027\u540c\u884c\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u50c5\u70ba40%\u3002\u9019\u51f8\u986f\u4e86\u8a72\u7522\u696d\u4e9f\u9700\u89e3\u6c7a\u591a\u5143\u5316\u3001\u516c\u5e73\u548c\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\uff08DEI\uff09\u554f\u984c\u3002\u5fb7\u52e4\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u201c\u9019\u53ea\u662f\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u7d71\u8a08\u7b97\u8853\u201d\uff0c\u4e26\u5f37\u8abf\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u5f37\u6709\u529b\u7684DEI\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u6210\u529f\u5f4c\u5408\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u6280\u80fd\u5dee\u8ddd\u3002\u4e0b\u6587\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u91cd\u9ede\u653e\u5728\u6210\u529f\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u767c\u5c55\u8def\u7dda\u5716\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7279\u5fb5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u6210\u529f\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u7372\u53d6\u8207\u4fdd\u7559\u7b56\u7565\u7684\u4e94\u5927\u8981\u6c42\uff1a<\/p>\n<h4>1. \u7acb\u5373\u6295\u8cc7\u57f9\u8a13<\/h4>\n<p>\u78ba\u4fdd\u6295\u8cc7\u5c08\u9580\u7528\u65bc\u91dd\u5c0d\u667a\u6167\u88fd\u9020\u6280\u8853\u7684\u57f9\u8a13\u8a08\u756b\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>2. \u5c0d\u73fe\u6709\u54e1\u5de5\u9032\u884c\u57f9\u8a13<\/h4>\n<p>\u900f\u904e\u512a\u5148\u8003\u616e\u6280\u80fd\u63d0\u5347\u548c\u518d\u57f9\u8a13\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u5728\u57fa\u5c64\u548c\u8463\u4e8b\u6703\u4e2d\u90fd\u80fd\u627e\u5230\u5c08\u696d\u77e5\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>3. \u512a\u5148\u8003\u616e\u5305\u5bb9\u6027<\/h4>\n<p>\u5275\u9020\u9069\u5408\u6240\u6709\u985e\u578b\u54e1\u5de5\u7684\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u88fd\u9020\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u4e26\u512a\u5148\u5be6\u65bd\u5f37\u5927\u7684 DEI \u7b56\u7565\u4f86\u5438\u5f15\u65b0\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>4.
