Yes. We are dedicated to creating additional frameworks and tools to fill in any existing information or knowledge gaps. Our aim is that this expanding collection of resources will provide even more support to manufacturers as they navigate their Industry 4.0 transformation journeys.

Are the SIRI frameworks and tools validated by industry practitioners?

To strike the right balance between technical strength and user-friendliness, we collaborated with top technology firms, consulting agencies, and experts from both industry and academia to craft our frameworks and tools. Furthermore, before SIRI’s launch, we field-tested tools such as the Assessment Matrix and Prioritisation Matrix with a diverse range of companies, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and multinational corporations (MNCs).

Is there a cost associated with publishing challenges on ManuVate?

No. You can publish your manufacturing challenges and gain access to a global network of skilled solution providers, otherwise known as Solvers, at zero cost.

How will members on the platform be notified that I have posted a new challenge?

Once your challenge is published on ManuVate, our network of Solvers receives notifications regarding the new open challenge. Solvers can deliver innovative solutions directly to you, thus facilitating direct communication between Seekers and Solvers and streamlining the process of receiving innovative solutions and ideas.

How can I ensure that the solutions submitted match the required expertise for my challenges?

ManuVate employs a personalised match-making system, enabling Solvers to receive invitations for open challenges based on their core skills and expertise. This ensures that your unique manufacturing challenges are matched with Solvers possessing the appropriate expertise, thus enhancing the quality of the solutions provided.

Evaluation of solutions is conducted directly by the Seeker according to their predetermined criteria.

The number of winners chosen for each challenge is at the discretion of the Seeker, based on their criteria.

How much does an assessment cost?

The assessment cost is determined by the Certified Assessor. INCIT does not intervene directly in the pricing decisions made by assessors for their clients.

Can I conduct an assessment for my organisation instead of engaging an external assessor?

To conduct an official assessment for your organisation, completion of the SIRI/COSIRI Programme is a prerequisite to become a Certified SIRI/COSIRI Assessor. Explore further details about our programmes here.

How can I access sample assessment reports?

We do not provide sample assessment reports for public download or viewing.

How do I book appointments for assessments / Where can I start doing assessments after getting certified?

After obtaining your certification as a Certified Assessor, you can promptly start conducting assessments. Please reach out directly to your clients to initiate the assessment process.

Training and Certification

Who supports GETIT?

GETIT was created and supported by INCIT.

What languages are the SIRI/COSIRI Programme courses conducted in?

The SIRI Programme offers language options to cater to diverse preferences. For detailed information on available courses in various languages, please refer to our courses page. The COSIRI Programme is only conducted in English at the moment.

What are the course fees for the SIRI/COSIRI Programme?

Kindly reach out to your chosen training and certification provider directly to inquire about the course fees for the SIRI Programme.

For the COSIRI Programme, the training fee is 3,000 EUR and the examination fee is 1,000 EUR.

INCIT does not provide financial assistance for SIRI and COSIRI Programme course fees. Please check directly with our partnering training and certification providers on the overall fees.

Are there any prerequisites for maintaining my certification upon completion of the certification course?

The Certified Assessor certification has a validity period for two years. To ensure the quality of all assessments conducted, renewal of your certification would require retaking of the examination.

Are the programme courses accredited by any professional organisations or recognised bodies?

The programme courses were established and are formally recognised by the Singapore Government.

Are there group discounts available for organisations enrolling multiple participants?

Please contact your training and certification provider directly for any associated costs and discounts.

I have completed the programme training course. What is my next step?

Upon completion of the programme training course, you are now eligible to enroll for the examination course. Kindly reach out to your training and certification provider directly regarding the examination schedule. You can access the contact details of our authorised training and certification providers on our contact list.

Alternatively, you may apply for an open examination course from our list of available courses here.

If you do not wish to enrol for the examination course, you will not receive the certification as a Certified SIRI/COSIRI Assessor as our certification is only accredited to individuals that have successfully completed both the training and examination courses.

How long does it take to receive the examination results?

The typical turnaround time for receiving examination results is approximately 1 to 2 weeks. However, please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the training and certification provider.

I would like to appeal for a review/reconsideration for my final examination results.

For individuals seeking a review or reconsideration of their examination results, we kindly advise reaching out directly to the training and certification provider. Please note that unless INCIT is directly involved in administering the examination, we are unable to alter the final results determined by your examiner.

I have passed the examination and acquired my certification as a Certified Assessor. When can I get started on the orientation session?

Are the courses claimable or funded by government grant?

Depending on your country, the SIRI and COSIRI Programme courses may be claimable by government grant. Please check directly through your government sources.
