How COAs Support Businesses
Certified OPERI Assessors will be recommended to MSME and Small Business clients undergoing OPERI self-assessments. Assessors may offer support sessions online or in-person, based on the client’s request and aligned through INCIT’s Star Emblem system — which helps match businesses with assessors based on country, industry, and expertise.
After the self-assessment is completed, the platform automatically generates a detailed report and transformation roadmap. The relationship between assessor and client — including any follow-up services or pricing — is managed independently by both parties. INCIT remains neutral after initial matchmaking and does not set or enforce service pricing.
Support sessions typically take 2–6 hours, with pricing recommended on an hourly basis.
How to Register
Eligible Certified Assessors can enrol in the course for EUR 400. To complete the certification, trainees must pass a 50-question multiple-choice examination.
A step-by-step guide has been prepared to walk you through the process of registering and completing the course.
