INCIT is enhancing how manufacturing training and certification are delivered and managed across the ecosystem, with the transition of the TnC Portal to Training Lab (traininglab.incit.org) — an enhanced platform designed to strengthen capability building and support continuous learning across the manufacturing ecosystem.
This transition reflects INCIT’s continued commitment to improving accessibility, usability, and efficiency for training providers, assessors, certifiers, and candidates engaged in workforce development programmes.
Alongside the platform migration, several usability and system enhancements have been introduced to improve user experience and data integrity across key workflows.
Key Enhancements
To support smoother operations and clearer user interactions, the following improvements have been implemented:
- Smarter profile validation that flags missing required fields before saving
- Search functionality added to the country dropdown, enabling faster selection without scrolling through long lists
- Improved pass notification emails for clearer and more consistent communication upon training completion
- Addition of a certifier company name field to ensure more complete certification records
- Simplified certificate wording for improved clarity and consistency
Bug Fix
- Resolved an issue preventing users from saving updates in the certifier profile
Important Note for Training Centres
During this transition period, access to the TnC Portal will be automatically redirected to Training Lab. No immediate action is required from users.
This transition marks an important step in strengthening INCIT’s digital training ecosystem, ensuring a more streamlined and user-centric experience for all stakeholders involved in manufacturing capability development.
