Suzhou Industrial Park hosts Smart Industry Readiness Index training to accelerate Industry 4.0 advancements

[September 2024] – In collaboration with INCIT’s training and certification partner, TÜV SÜD, and the Bosch Empowerment Centre, the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) organised a Smart Industry Readiness Index training in September 2024. This initiative is designed to propel companies toward their Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing goals. The organiser SIP, a joint venture between China and Singapore, spans 278 square kilometres and propels high-tech industries such as smart manufacturing, biomedicine, and nanotechnology. In collaboration with training and certification partner, TÜV SÜD, INCIT conducted a guided Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) assessment for ITIDA and IMC candidates in Egypt. This culminated in a visit to the Industry 4.0 Innovation Center (IIC) in the “Knowledge City” based in the New Administrative Capital, a new city emerging 30 miles east of Cairo as a part of the country’s economic development push.
