Automating Self-Assessment for Business Transformation
OPERI Transformation Coaches play a supporting role as MSME and Small Business clients input their own data into the OPERI self-assessment. The report and transformation roadmap that are generated from the OPERI self-assessment are generated through automation, based on the data inputs. The report will be provided to the client, not to the OPERI Transformation Coach.
OPERI Transformation Coach Available Online or In-Person
OPERI Transformation Coaches can provide their support online or in-person, at their discretion.
Recommendations for MSMEs Based on Industry & Rating
OPERI Transformation Coaches will be recommended to MSME and Small Business clients who are going through the OPERI self-assessment based on their industry cluster, country and expertise, facilitated via the Star Emblem rating system.
Pricing Flexibility for OPERI Transformation Coach Support Sessions
INCIT does not set the price for the OPERI Transformation Coaching Support Sessions, but recommends that it is based on an hourly rate, with the OPERI self-assessment taking 1 to 4 hours. The exact price is at the discretion of OPERI Transformation Coaches in discussion with clients.

Follow-up services after the OPERI self-assessment has been done are also at the discretion of OPERI Transformation Coaches in discussion with clients.
