INCIT and OCP Maintenance Solutions Establish Strategic Cooperation to Advance Industrial Transformation in Morocco
The International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT) is pleased to announce the signing of a Strategic Cooperation with OCP Maintenance Solutions to support the advancement of industrial maturity and competitiveness across Morocco and the wider African region.
The cooperation brings together INCIT’s globally benchmarked industrial assessment frameworks and OCP Maintenance Solutions’ regional and industrial expertise to support manufacturers in navigating digital transformation, operational excellence, artificial intelligence adoption, and sustainability.
Through this collaboration, INCIT’s internationally recognised readiness and maturity indexes. The Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI), Operational Excellence Readiness Index (OPERI), Industrial Artificial Intelligence Maturity Readiness Index (AIMRI), and Consumer Sustainability Industry Readiness Index (COSIRI)—will be deployed to enable structured, data-driven assessment and transformation across industrial organizations.
A key focus of the cooperation is the development of local and regional capabilities. This includes the establishment of an Advanced Manufacturing Transformation Centre (AMTC) to train and certify industrial professionals, supporting the growth of a qualified ecosystem of assessors and transformation leaders.
In parallel, the cooperation will support the implementation of large-scale assessment programs aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of both small and medium-sized enterprises and multinational manufacturers. At a regional level, the partnership seeks to contribute to the advancement of Africa 4.0, positioning Morocco as a hub for sustainable, technology-enabled industrial transformation.
