INCIT’s partnership with Novation City marks its official expansion into North Africa, emphasising its dedication to transforming manufacturing and empowering manufacturers worldwide. Through the establishment of the SIRI Training and Certification Centre in Tunisia, INCIT aims to catalyse digital transformation and spur economic development in the region.

The SIRI Training and Certification Centre will serve to equip Tunisian industry professionals with crucial skills and expertise necessary to thrive in the era of Industry 4.0. Participants will gain access to comprehensive SIRI Programmes, comprising 40 hours of curriculum training covering Industry 4.0 principles, smart manufacturing practices, SIRI frameworks and tools, business consulting, and more. This initiative aims to empower professionals to become Certified SIRI Assessors, foster innovation, attract investments, and position Tunisia as a hub for technological excellence and industrial competitiveness.

Certified SIRI Assessors are professionally recognised individuals authorised to conduct Official SIRI Assessments for manufacturing companies. The Official SIRI Assessment – world’s first independent digital maturity assessment – is designed to assist manufacturers in gaining a deeper understanding of new concepts, identifying and prioritising key areas for improvement, and developing transformation roadmaps and strategies to generate true business value for the company.

INCIT’s partnership with Novation City represents a crucial investment in human capital development and technology transfer. Providing Tunisian professionals with advanced and forward-thinking skills, this initiative aims to accelerate the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies and foster sustainable growth in the North African region.
