INCIT’s partnership with Novation City marks its official expansion into North Africa, emphasising its dedication to transforming manufacturing and empowering manufacturers worldwide. Through the establishment of the Smart Industry Readiness Index Training and Certification Centre in Tunisia, INCIT aims to catalyse digital transformation and spur economic development in the region.

The Smart Industry Readiness Index Training and Certification Centre will serve to equip Tunisian industry professionals with crucial skills and expertise necessary to thrive in the era of Industry 4.0. Participants will gain access to comprehensive Smart Industry Readiness Index Programmes, comprising 40 hours of curriculum training covering Industry 4.0 principles, smart manufacturing practices, Smart Industry Readiness Index frameworks and tools, business consulting, and more. This initiative aims to empower professionals to become Certified Smart Industry Readiness Index Assessors, foster innovation, attract investments, and position Tunisia as a hub for technological excellence and industrial competitiveness.

Certified Smart Industry Readiness Index Assessors are professionally recognised individuals authorised to conduct Official Smart Industry Readiness Index Assessments for manufacturing companies. The Official Smart Industry Readiness Index Assessment – world’s first independent digital maturity assessment – is designed to assist manufacturers in gaining a deeper understanding of new concepts, identifying and prioritising key areas for improvement, and developing transformation roadmaps and strategies to generate true business value for the company.

INCIT’s partnership with Novation City represents a crucial investment in human capital development and technology transfer. Providing Tunisian professionals with advanced and forward-thinking skills, this initiative aims to accelerate the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies and foster sustainable growth in the North African region.
