Assessment
About Assessment
Similar to a personal health check, the Official AIMRI Assessment is a digital readiness assessment that reveals the state of your company’s smart manufacturing maturity. Measured across multiple dimensions – all intrinsically linked – it enables you to benchmark
What you get from AIMRI?
Assessors Notes 20 Dimensions
The Assessor Notes on the 20 Dimensions offer comprehensive insights into each dimension of assessment, highlighting areas for improvement. For every dimension, detailed feedback is provided to guide clients in understanding their current standing and identifying specific strategies for enhancement.
These notes serve as a valuable resource, outlining strengths and weaknesses across all dimensions, while also suggesting actionable steps for development. Each dimension is examined in depth, enabling clients to gain a clearer perspective on their performance and the implications for their personal or organisational growth.
By leveraging this feedback, clients can prioritize their efforts, track progress over time, and ultimately foster a more robust understanding of their capabilities. This structured approach not only aids in individual or team development but also promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
Best in Class Comparison
The 3B Maturity Benchmark establishes a high-level reference point, categorising factories or plants as Best-in-Class, in the Broad Middle, or at the Bottom. This framework offers the global manufacturing community a comprehensive, sector-wide benchmark.
Impact the Bottom Line
When we talk about "Impact on the Bottom Line," we refer to the critical evaluation of business activities and strategies that significantly influence profitability. By concentrating efforts on areas that yield the greatest financial returns, organisations can optimise their operations and enhance overall financial performance.
This approach involves identifying key drivers of revenue and cost, such as customer engagement, operational efficiency, and product innovation. By analysing these factors, businesses can implement targeted improvements that directly contribute to increased profits.
Recommendation for improvement
With the completion of the Official AIMRI Assessment, organisations ready to advance their AI transformation journey may act on one or more of the recommended improvements outlined across the AIMRI dimensions.
AIMRI Star Emblem
An essential aspect of undergoing the AIMRI Assessment is acquiring precise insights into your organisation's digital maturity level. The AIMRI Star Emblem functions as a hallmark of quality, providing authentication and credibility in your company’s digital transformation and data integrity to current and future stakeholders.
A Star emblem will be given to a company after the AIMRI assessment is complete. The emblem provides a quick overview of a company’s sustainability performance.
The official AIMRI Star emblem will be given upon completion of AIMRI assessment (valid for two years).
The Star emblem for suppliers will be coloured differently based on their Supplier Assessment score.
Assessed companies are encouraged to disclose their Star emblem as part of their manufacturing reporting.
