Introducing OPERI
The Operational Excellence Readiness Index (OPERI) is a self-assessment tool that generates an automatic roadmap, designed to help Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Small Businesses take control of their future by knowing what elements to prioritise. After downloading the OPERI app, the self-assessment can be completed offline, catering to remote areas. OPERI enables businesses to evaluate their current maturity levels and will be available in 10 languages, launching first in English, with the remaining 9 rolling out progressively in phases.
OPERI analyses a business in 18 key areas that INCIT calls “dimensions”. It then gives recommendations in a short report on what the business should do next to improve. To track how well these changes work, OPERI measures 8 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in each assessment, providing a comprehensive view of past improvements and new data. This shows the real impact of the transformation. The goal is to help MSMEs and Small Businesses become more productive, start using digital tools, and grow faster.
Ready to build your foundation for success? Start your journey towards operational excellence with OPERI and transform challenges into opportunities.
Introducing SIRI
Manufacturing is in the midst of its next revolution. The digital age has ushered in a new era for manufacturing, known as Industry 4.0. This paradigm shift offers global companies the chance to enhance productivity, flexibility, and speed for newfound competitive advantages.
The Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) is the world’s first independent digital maturity assessment for manufacturers. It comprises a suite of frameworks and tools to help manufacturers – regardless of size and industry – start, scale, and sustain their manufacturing transformation journeys.
Introducing AIMRI
AI adoption is rapidly transforming the manufacturing landscape, yet many companies struggle to scale AI effectively. Challenges such as siloed data, unclear AI strategy, and workforce readiness hinder progress.
The Industrial Artificial Intelligence Maturity Readiness Index (AIMRI) is designed to help manufacturers systematically assess and enhance their AI capabilities. Developed by INCIT and Detecon, AIMRI evaluates AI readiness across 20 key dimensions, spanning strategy, governance, data infrastructure, and AI applications in operations, supply chain, and product lifecycle management.
AIMRI provides a structured roadmap to prioritise AI investments, align stakeholders, and drive measurable improvements. Through detailed assessment and benchmarking against best practices, AIMRI delivers insights to accelerate AI adoption and unlock competitive advantages.
Introducing COSIRI
Consumer Sustainability Industry Readiness Index (COSIRI) is a comprehensive ESG framework designed to assess the sustainability maturity of companies. Tailored specifically for manufacturers, its applicability spans across all manufacturing industries, regardless of whether the company is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) or a multinational corporation (MNC).
Endorsed by the World Economic Forum (WEF), COSIRI is widely recognised
as the leading ESG assessment framework globally. This endorsement underscores the importance of integrating sustainable practices into every manufacturing industry, with a dedicated focus on the reduction of GHG emissions.
